Bourbon Lovers, it’s time to step up your cocktail game.   The Sazerac isn’t just a drink – it’s a statement.  A salute to the past, a nod to rebellion and the kind of cocktail that doesn’t as for respect…it demands it.

The Chicken Cock Sazerac!

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Chicken Cock Small Batch Bourbon
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • Absinthe rinse
  • Lemon peel garnish

Instructions:

Muddle sugar cube and bitters in a glass. Add bourbon and stir over ice.

Rinse a chilled glass with absinthe and discard excess.

Strain in the cocktail, express a lemon peel over the top and enjoy.
