Limestone Branch Distillery has announced the 2023 release of Yellowstone Limited Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
The 2023 release of Yellowstone Limited Edition Bourbon is a blend of 7-year-old, 13-year-old, and 16-year-old bourbons hand-selected by Master Distiller Stephen Beam and finished in Tokaji casks. Tokaji is a sweet wine from the Tokaji region of Hungary made from white wine grapes.
Bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV), the 2023 Yellowstone Limited Edition Bourbon is described as having aromas of “honey, green grapes, and freshly baked cinnamon,” with notes of “dry spice, caramel, dark cherry, citrus, and white pepper” on the palate, concluding with “dry tobacco, honeysuckle, and smoky oak” on the finish.
The 2023 Yellowstone Limited Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is limited to 30,000 bottles and will be available beginning in August for a suggested retail price of $99.99 for a 750 mL bottle.
