KO Distilling continues to amass top-tier accolades for its portfolio of Small Batch American Whiskeys. The latest awards honor the newest release, Bare Knuckle High Rye Bourbon Cask Strength, which has been honored by the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, one of the oldest and most prestigious global spirits competitions, and Wine Enthusiast Magazine, one of the most influential voices in wine and spirits journalism today. The award-winning bottle is widely available at Virginia ABC stores, just in time for Father’s Day.
Bare Knuckle High Rye Bourbon Cask Strength received a Gold Medal from the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and a score of 92 points from Wine Enthusiast Magazine.
Bare Knuckle High Rye Bourbon is made from 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Wheat. It was sourced from Indiana six years ago when KO Distilling was founded. At that time, it was put into charred new American Oak barrels and has been aging in KO’s Manassas warehouse. It is offered in both single-barrel and cask-strength bottles.
