During this one-of-a-kind experience available to the public for the first time you’ll get the unique opportunity to head deep into rack houses at our Clermont homeplace – to the place where Booker Noe famously hand selected the very best bourbon for bottling and where, through the centuries, over 18 million Beam barrels have matured.
Your journey begins with a personalized tour of the Fred B. Noe Distillery, where you’ll gain insights into the 8 generations of quality and craftsmanship that have shaped the Beam family’s legacy.
The highlight of your experience is the barrel selection process. Guided by our legacy ambassadors, you’ll sample several barrels, each with its distinctive flavor profile. After sampling, you’ll choose the barrel that best aligns with your desired flavor profile, creating a truly one-of-a-kind bourbon.
To complete your day, enjoy a curated lunch at The Kitchen Table, where our chefs have crafted a menu of Kentucky-inspired cuisine that pairs perfectly pairs with our Beam-Made Bourbons.

Price: Pricing will vary depending on bottled yield, as each barrel will be costed on a per-bottle basis. The cost per bottle is $59.99, and typical barrels yield 100-175 bottles. To reserve your barrel, a non-refundable $1,000 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be as credit towards the final cost of your barrel.
