Bottled at cask strength and made with 100% soft white winter wheat grown exclusively on Frey Ranch, our Frey Ranch 100% Wheat Whiskey Single Barrel is the first cask strength single barrel whiskey from our Single Grain Series. Our slow-grown grains are at the core of who we are as an American Whiskey brand, and Colby and I couldn’t be any more excited to bring this exclusive release to our whiskey community.
Our online release, coming this Friday, May 10th at 10 AM PT will come from Barrel #1208. On the nose and palate, the whiskey is a delicious “sugar bomb”, with aromas of butterscotch, buttercream frosting, and custard, yielding to a palate-pleaser of birthday cake and milk chocolate. This exceptional sipping experience caps off with a finish that delivers vanilla extract, vanilla bean, and espresso.
