Ingredients:
2 oz Milam & Greene Port Finished Rye Whiskey
1 oz Espresso Cold Brew
½ oz Mr. Black Cold Brew Liqueur
½ oz Vanilla or regular simple

Ingredients:
2 oz Maverick Straight Bourbon
1 whole egg
1oz heavy cream
½ oz maple syrup
½ oz spiced simple syrup
Method: Combine all ingredients and dry shake 20x (without ice) in a tin until frothy and smooth. Add ice and shake again to chill. Use a Hawthorne strainer to pour into a Coupe and top with a light dusting of cinnamon.
To make the Spiced simple syrup: Combine 2 cups hot water and 2 cups sugar with 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice and the peel of 2 whole oranges. Stir and strain into a jar or bottle of your choice.

Method:
PREPARE SHAKER: Place cubed ice in a tin cocktail shaker.
MIX INGREDIENTS: Combine Rum, Coffee Liqueur, Espresso, Demerara Syrup and a pinch of salt in shaker
SHAKE INGREDIENTS: Shake all ingredients in the tin for 10-20 seconds
STRAIN COCKTAIL: Using a double strainer, pour mixed ingredients into a chilled Martini glass
GARNISH: Dust with cacao powder and 3 coffee beans for additional flavor and presentation.
