Brush Creek Distillery, a small-batch distillery set on a 30,000-acre working cattle ranch in the Wyoming wilderness, has recently been recognized internationally for its first line of spirits and special barrel releases.
The Distillery took home awards for seven of its spirits from the Denver International Spirits Competition (DISC), ADI’s 2023 International Spirits Competition, ASCOT Awards, and the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC).
“We are honored to be recognized in these international spirit competitions for the hard work and creativity our team puts into each spirit and special release,” said Andrew Wason, Managing Director. “Though we are a small-batch Distillery, our innovative spirits program continues to grow and gain attention from industry experts across the globe.”
The distillery was awarded four medals at ADI’s 2023 International Spirits Competition, including:
- Silver Medal: RailRoad Rye Whiskey
- Bronze Medal: Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- Bronze Medal: New American Gin
- Bronze Medal: Straight Rye Whiskey
Earlier this month, the Distillery received a Gold Medal for its Brush Creek Railroad Rye and a Platinum Medal for its Brush Creek Chimney Rock Cabernet Cask Finished in the 2023 ASCOT Awards. ASCOT Awards recognizes all aspects of the spirits industry and judges on two areas: Taste and Marketing + Design.
Brush Creek Distillery was awarded a Gold Medal this April for its Brush Creek “Carboy Winery” Cabernet Cask-Finished Straight Bourbon Whiskey in the 12th Annual Denver International Spirits Competition (DISC). Certified Spirits Specialists judged entries in a double-blind competition, seasoned buyers, mixologists, sommeliers, and master distillers.
In the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, known as the largest and most prestigious spirits competition in the world, Brush Creek Distillery took home the following awards:
- GOLD MEDAL, Brush Creek Distillery Railroad Rye
- GOLD MEDAL, Brush Creek Distillery Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- SILVER MEDAL, Brush Creek Distillery New American Gin
