Bourbon is the Holy Water of Kentucky, this state spin on a Gold Rush will make anyone see Kentucky’s bluegrass and majestic horse farms.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5oz Kentucky bourbon
- .75oz pineapple gomme
- .5oz apricot liqueur
- .5oz fresh lime juice
METHOD:
- Shake ingredients quickly with ice for 3-4 seconds.
- Double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass
- Garnish with a lemon wedge.
