New Riff Distilling announced expanded availability of its Kentucky-made bourbons and ryes in Louisiana, South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia, increasing the distillery’s reach to 31 markets in the U.S. For more information, visit www.newriffdistilling.com.

This has already been a transformational year for New Riff as the distillery announced new leadership and the release of its 8-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey ahead of its tenth anniversary in June. The expansion to these four new markets helps fulfill customer demand for the distillery’s award-winning products.

“New Riff Distilling is excited about reaching new customers in these markets and the opportunities that will follow,” said New Riff President Mollie Lewis. “As we continue to serve our customers and foster growth, we look for strong partnerships in our distributors. By working together, we are on the path for success in growing New Riff’s name in the whiskey space.”

In February, New Riff announced the addition of a new chief sales officer position, filled by industry veteran Rawnica Dillingham, who will oversee future growth and market expansions.

Products available in these new markets include New Riff’s Bottled in Bond Bourbon, Bottled in Bond Rye, 6 Year 100% Malted Rye Whiskey, Single Barrel Bourbon and Single Barrel Rye.

New Riff expanded its distribution in Louisiana in January, partnering with New Orleans-based Wines Unlimited. The distributor was founded nearly 60 years ago initially representing California producers and has since expanded its selections to include all major wine-producing countries and craft spirits from around the world.

In February, the distillery expanded its distribution in South Carolina, partnering with Ladson-based Advintage Distributing. Founded in 2003 as a fine wine house in Charleston, the distributor now serves as a pioneer wholesaler in the craft beer and artisanal spirits industry in South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee.

New Riff is set to expand distribution in North Carolina and Georgia in the coming weeks. Republic National Distributing Company, located in Raleigh and Charlotte, will be the distribution partner in North Carolina. Empire Distributors, based in Atlanta, will serve as the distributor in Georgia.

Bourbon and rye are made with traditional sour mash methods and bottled-in-bond without chill filtration. New Riff sources its water from an aquifer under the distillery, accessed via a 100’ deep private well and providing water with four times as much dissolved minerals than found in other water supplies. New Riff believes in transparency, so all products feature an age statement and the mashbills are public.
