Still Austin Whiskey Co., the Texas-based grain-to-glass whiskey company, is launching their fourth seasonal Bottled in Bond spirit: Straight Rye Whiskey. For this spring release, represented by the rabbit, we used the bright spice of 100% Texas-grown rye to conjure feelings of new beginnings, bold ideas, and fresh perspectives. This is the taste of spring, in all its glory.
This Straight Rye Whiskey expression marks the fourth and final seasonal installment in Still Austin’s Bottled in Bond series.

Tasting notes:
Nose
Light nose with spicy oak, vanilla bean, savory herbs, cherry pie and hints of white pepper.
Palate
Sweet soft oak, with dark honey, black tea, candied ginger, wintergreen, pecan, dried currant and cream soda.
Finish
Dry finish with notes of pink peppercorn, walnut and almond butter. Hints of milk chocolate and fig jam soften the dry finish.
