CCK is a medical camp for children living with chronic illnesses and medical diagnoses and offers fully accessible and inclusive experiences for kids and families. Children attend CCK independently during the summer seasons and then come along with their families during our diagnosis-specific weekend retreats, all free of charge. To date, CCK has served over 40,000 campers, with over 100 different diagnoses, from 45 different states and 13 countries. For many children, participating in camping activities is impossible due to medical factors or design barriers. However, with various traditional and modern camp programming, all campers can gather together, grow their independence, try new things, and make great friends at CCK. The joy of camp becomes a reality for every child at The Center for Courageous Kids! To learn more, visit our website: www.courageouskids.org.
