Cask & Coast Spirits Co. has launched Batch 2 of its core expression premium reserve Cabernet cask-finished California bourbon.
Cask & Coast’s proprietary four-grain bourbon is distilled and matured in Indiana in new American oak barrels and then blended in San Diego before being finished for 6 months in California Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc wine casks from local vineyards. The bourbon is aged for 4.5 years and is bottled at a hearty 102 proof.
“We were thrilled that our inaugural batch sold out so quickly and are extremely grateful to our supporters for their encouragement,” said co-founder and CEO Mark Kersey. “Richard and I made a bourbon that we wanted to drink, and we can’t wait for everyone to try Batch 2.”

Our certified Sommelier masterfully crafted our blend to perfect and balance the contributions from each grain to create a complex profile that can be enjoyed with every sip.
In addition to New York, Cask & Coast was awarded gold medals this year at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the San Diego International Wine & Spirits Challenge.
